* “Wherever in Haryana you go, there are land scams everywhere,” says Arvind Kejriwal, addressing the rally at Haryana. Further raking up the issue of land deals, he add, “The Haryana CM is stealing the people’s land and giving it to Robert Vadra, DLF, Ambani.”

“When I was Delhi CM, I got an FIR registered against Mukesh Ambani,” he points out. “Congress, BJP said the FIR against Mukesh Ambani is unconstitutional,” he adds.

* “Even though, Swaminathan report says a farmer must get 50% of their total expenditure, but they never get it,” Kejriwal points out.

* He further questions, “I want to ask Modi who is paying for his helicopters. I have a photo of Modiji, it shows Adani’s helicopter behind Narendra Modi. Modiji says he was a tea-seller. How can a tea-seller have so many helicopters.”

* He also puts the question of black money, “Modiji said he will bring the black money to India, I’ve with me Mr Ambani’s Swiss bank account no. Will he bring the money back?”

In a further attack to Modi, he says, “Expenditure on Modi rallies go up to Rs 50 crore. Who funds his rallies?”

* He further accuses Mukesh Ambani of buying many TV channels and newspapers and making them show only Modi, Rahul and not him.

* He talks about his short lived Delhi governance, “There were no medicines in Govt hospitals, when we came to power, hospitals had medicines. We also reduced power tariffs by half as soon as we came to power,” he points out. “And yet they say we don’t know how to run Govt,” he adds. “We know how to run ‘janata ki sarkaar’,” he adds.

* “BJP, Congress say that I ran away. I did not run away, I gave up my position; I resigned on my principles,” he explains. “I will give up politics if any Govt is able to perform like we did,” he adds.

After serving as a chief minister, AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal is eyeying the top post of the country in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Kejriwal will kickstart the national campaign for the Lok Sabha elections from Rohtak in Haryana on Sunday. This will be Kejriwal’s first rally after he resigned as Delhi chief minister.

The party plans to fight all 10 Lok Sabha seats and all 90 Assembly seats in Haryana.

“Kejriwal will launch the party’s campaign from Rohtak. The rally will also be addressed by senior AAP leaders Yogendra Yadav and Manish Sisodia,” chief AAP spokesman for Haryana, Rajeev Godara, said on Saturday.

AAP, which is likely to take up issues of land acquisition and Congress President Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra’s dealings in the state, has accused the Congress government in Haryana of creating roablocks to derail their maiden rally of the campaign.

“The Congress government is using tactics before the rally. Hooda is giving orders to remove the posters put up by us and auto drivers who are campaigning for us are being fined. Haryana Urban Development Authority, on whose ground we are holding the rally, is also troubling us,” charged Naveen Jaihind, party leader from Haryana.

The AAP leadership has carefully chosen Haryana to be its next political battleground after its near stunning show in the Delhi elections in December 2013.

In the run up to the Delhi polls, the majority of the AAP volunteers came from Haryana. Its party convenor, Arvind Kejriwal too hails from Haryana.

While Rohtak is being represented by Deepender Singh Hooda, son of Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda. Kejriwal too hails from Haryana.

Senior AAP leader Yogendra Yadav has already been announced as AAP candidate from Gurgaon in Haryana.

Claiming that AAP will give the people an alternative, Godara said, “The common people are desperate for a change. They are fed up with corruption, price rise, scams, dynastic politics … They are pinning their hopes on AAP now.”

    LEGALIZE MONEY LAUNDERING ?

    In Satyamevajayate TV episode ( 23 March 2014 ) , Amir Khan had one expert present the following fact :
    Market value of ALL the fossil fuels + ALL the minerals , lying under Indian soil is ,

    A = Market Value = Rs 5 * Thousand * Lakh * Crores

    If we were to extract all of these in the next 100 years , then

    B = Annual Output = Rs 5 * Ten * Lakh * Crores
    ( on dividing ” Thousand ” by ” Hundred ” )

    But how much additional investment would we need to get such an output ?

    Let us assume that we need an additional investment of ” Rs TEN ” to raise an additional output of ” Rs ONE ”

    That is an ICOR of 10 ( ” Incremental Capital Output Ratio ” , which is now close to 6 in our country )

    So , let us divide B by 10 , to get ,

    C = Additional Investment = Rs 5 * Lakh * Crores

    Bingo !

    If we are to believe sundry Economists ( Baba Ramdev / Narendra Modi etc included ) , then that is exactly ,

    D = Black Money = Rs 5 * Lakh * Crores

    ( Amount locked up / stashed away by Indians in Swiss + local banks + gold + land etc , by way of ” Unproductive Assets ” )

    Now , all that we need to realize our underground resources is a ” Magic Wand ” that would convert this Black Money into White Money !

    Turn our ” Unproductive Assets ” into ” Productive Assets ” (Rs 5 Lakh Crores )

    And enable people to do so legally !

    Here is my oft-repeated suggestion ,

    ” Inverse ” the Personal Tax slabs as follows :

    > Up to Rs 2 lakhs………………… NIL
    > 2.1 – 5.0 lakhs…………………. 10 %
    > 5.1 – 10 lakhs………………….. 8 %
    > 10.1 – 20 lakhs…………………. 6 %
    > 20.1 – 50 lakhs………………… 5 %
    > 50.1 – 100 lakhs………………… 3 %
    > Above 100 lakhs…………………. 1 %

    What is likely to happen with such ” INVERSE TAXATION ” regime ?

    Following few things :

    > Total personal tax payer base will go up dramatically from current 4
    crores tax-payers

    > with this ” INVERSE TAX REGIME ” , there will be no incentive to evade
    taxes and to generate ” BLACK MONEY ”

    There will be no resistance to accept ALL payments by cheque / electronic
    clearance

    The more you disclose as your income , the less you pay by way of taxes

    > For a change , we will learn to reward honesty / efficiency / productivity !
    No need to bribe those Income Tax officers !

    > Suddenly , lakhs of crores of BLACK MONEY will become WHITE MONEY

    > There will be a huge surge in bank deposits ( – even with , the inevitable
    lower interest rates )

    > Banks will be awash with funds to finance businesses / infrastructure
    projects etc , encouraging entrepreneurs / self-employed to set up new
    businesses ( at 2 % interest rates of loans ) and generate millions of jobs

    Amir Khan said ,

    ” If we divide Rs 5 * Thousand * Lakh * Crores , by 1200 million Indian population , then each one of us , is the proud owner of Rs 40 lakhs ! ”

    My suggested Magic Wand would eliminate poverty – something which Congress Governments have been trying to do for the past 60 years !
