Footage very clear, Zee News was asking us for Rs 100 crore: Naveen Jindal to NDTV
Congress leader and steel tycoon Naveen Jindal today accused Zee News of extortion.
He also released a CD in which he claims reporters from Zee News were caught on a hidden camera asking officials from Mr Jindal’s company to spend Rs 100 crore on advertising or the channel would run unfavourable stories about how the firm was allocated coal fields. Mr Jindal later told NDTV that he has already filed an FIR against the TV channel.
