Hate speech of Vasundhara Raje, EC shoud act
Days after Congress candidate from Saharanpur Imran Masood’s video surfaced in the public where he said that ‘he would cut Narendra Modi into pieces,’ BJP leader and Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje hit out at Masood in a rally on Friday. Raje, who was addressing a rally in Karauli on Friday said: “One Congress candidate from Saharanpur had said that he would chop Modi into pieces, now we will see who will be cut into pieces after the elections.” Masood had threatened to kill Narendra Modi and had said that he would cut him into pieces. His remark was immeidately criticised not just by the leaders of the BJP but also leaders from the Congress party. Masood was arrested on Mar 29 but was given bail shortly after. Masood even after his short stint in jail, said that he was unapologetic for his comments. Masood said that the video was eight months old and that time he was not with the Congress but with the Samajwadi Party.
