Aam Aadmi Party rebel MLA Vinod Kumar Binny is likely to be expelled by the party. AAP’s Political Affairs Committee (PAC) is meeting in the morning where a decision could be made. Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal had earlier said that if Binny was upset, he is welcome to leave the party.
