is expected that the picture will become clear once the Aam Aadmi Party releases its second list of candidates that probably figures the party candidate from Amritsar as well.
Leftist ideologue Sumel Singh Sidhu, who has been apponted as convenor of Aam Aadmi Party’s campaigning committee in Punjab reportedly told some media outfits that Rabbi Shergill had been associated with the AAP and he had been campaigning for it as well.
Sumel Sidhu, a teacher at Delhi University, however said that there was no official word yet on his candidature from Amritsar and it was mere speculation as of now.
But, he reportedly confirmed that Rabbi Shergill would be campaigning for AAP in Punjab in the Lok Sabha elections.
