India general election: Anti-corruption party making waves – BBC News

The main contest in the Indian elections is between the incumbent Congress-party and the opposition Hindu Nationalist BJP – but they are not the only parties contesting seats.

A new player, the Aam Aadmi, or Common Man’s party, was set up by former civil servant Arvind Kejriwal to combat corruption.

He upset all predictions in 2013 when he won office as chief minister of Delhi and is still making waves.
